Inside the Assembly & Commissioning Shop

Every machine leaves our Dongguan plant only after it has been assembled, wired and actually run with a specimen on it. This is what that stage looks like.

Assembly

Frames are squared and welded on the machining floor, then moved to the assembly bay where the drive system, load cell and safety interlock are fitted. Wiring follows a per-model harness drawing, so a technician can trace any conductor back to the schematic without guessing.

Run-in

Each unit runs a minimum of 200 cycles under load before calibration. The point is not to wear the machine in but to catch the faults that only appear once the machine is warm: a creeping encoder, a slightly loose coupling, a limit switch that trips a little late.

Calibration and handover

Force is verified against standard weights or a reference load cell, displacement against a gauge block, and the result is written into the test report that ships with the machine. Customers are welcome to witness the run-in or send their own samples.
